Who is eligible?

All 5th grade students

How to submit

Only through your teacher

Deadline for submissions

• Poems must be submitted by a teacher
• All 3 submissions must be typed or in electronic format
• One poem per poet 
• The poet's full name, age and address must be included on the top right-hand corner of all pages

Criteria for selection

• Fifth grade students submit a poem to their teacher
• The fifth grade teachers in your school will select three of the poems for publication and forward them to the Anthology of Poetry, Inc.
• Your poems will be published with selections from other schools throughout the U.S.

For your school to receive this complimentary hardcover edition, this form must be completed and returned with the poems you're submitting.
